---------------------------------------------------------------------- The 'chandelier' photograph, just above, is from inside of the Liverpool Town Hall. It has been used in an online tourist guide called...
the 'Schmap Liverpool Guide'.
Schmap is basically a tourist guide for locations around the world. Their tag-line is; "Schmap: the world's first dynamic destination guides".
You can see how my photo was used by viewing this screen shot I took.
On this page you can download the 'Schmap Liverpool Guide'.
To find my photo within the guide; Download & Install the 'Schmap Liverpool Guide'. Run the player & select the 'Liverpool' guide from the list of those installed. Search for "town hall".
That should get you to what looks like the screen shot I posted above. There are three photos for Liverpool Town Hall, which cycle through. By clicking on the one with my name, you will be directed to the original Flickr post, through which Schmap found my photo. Reading through the Schmap review of Liverpool's town hall, they refer to the "magnificent crystal chandeliers", as show in my photo :)
You can see the Council Ballroom chandeliers in this '360 Degree Panorama'. For more info see; Wikipedia's Liverpool Town Hall page. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Any on who's nostalgic for my previous site design; here's a screen shot of how this place used to look :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
